Representative Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) is no stranger to crazy gun ban bills, and her latest - H.R. 127 - is no exception. This latest proposed legislation takes firearms registration & ownership requirements to a whole new level - besides the usual call for a ban on semi-autos and 10 round mags, this bill includes an $800/year firearms license fee, 24 hours of training, a psych evaluation, and an owner has to inform the US Attorney General when they want to loan someone their gun or ammo.
