Bushmaster® Firearms, a respected brand renowned for crafting 100% American-made guns, is thrilled to unveil the brand-new XM15A2 50th Anniversary rifle. This model will be offered in two special editions, paying homage to Bushmaster's legacy.
The XM15A2 resurrects the quintessential Bushmaster® design, reminiscent of their iconic rifles.
It features the hallmark A2 fixed carry handle, a 20-inch phosphate chrome-lined barrel, chrome-lined bolt carrier and gas key, rifle-length gas system, A2-style handguard, and built-in rear 8/3 fixed carry handle sights.
This design harks back to an era when iron sights and carry handles were the gold standard. Bushmaster® has revived the phosphate finish and chrome-lined barrels and bolt carriers, matching the toughness of their legendary Windham, Maine models.
Constructed from durable 7075-T6 aluminum, the XM152A2's receivers come with a type III hard coat anodizing. The rifle also sports a classic A2 pistol grip, a Mil-Spec trigger, and an A2 flash hider. Plus, it comes bundled with three BFI® Aluminum 30-round magazines (or 10-round CA-compliant magazines for the California version). To make these 100 limited-edition rifles even more special, each one is enclosed in a Pelican Hard Case with a unique logo embossment and is accompanied by a commemorative challenge coin featuring the 50th Anniversary and original 1973 logos.
