Top 3 Guns Recently Released

Some companies simply can’t wait to give consumers an early Christmas. All eyes are fixed on the Glock Gen 5, but a few recent releases caught our attention.

1) I’m a sucker for truck guns. So, imagine my excitement when Ruger announced the Ruger American Rifle Ranch model. Did I mention it comes chambered in 7.62X39 and fed by the reliable Mini Thirty magazine? Having a gun that’s compact and carries that kind of power is sure to raise a few eyebrows.

2) The SBR is nothing new, but how short is too short? The Sig MCX Rattler may win this measuring contest with the 5.5-inch barrel with PDW upper. Coming in at 23.5-inches long, don’t let this little firecracker fool you. It packs a punch, firing the popular 300 Blk cartridge.

3) Who doesn’t like the old guns…especially the “Tommy Gun?” For the first time in over 100 years, Kahr Firearms Group introduced the Thompson in a 9mm. While the Thompson 1927A-1 9mm model isn’t a home defense, hunting or precision gun, this one should be on your radar for the cool factor alone.

The last month has proven that innovation is alive and well in the gun industry. I can’t wait to see what comes next.
