Latest Lawsuits - This Week on Gun Talk Radio
Mandeville, LA – It’s a lawsuit against Connecticut lawmakers filed by the NSSF, and a win in a Colorado, this week on Tom Gresham's Gun Talk® Radio, the original nationally-syndicated radio talk show about guns and the shooting sports.
A Colorado federal district court recently ruled that the U.S. Postal Service regulation barring firearms from U.S.P.S. property in Avon is a violation of the Second Amendment. Mountain States Legal Foundation argued the case, and MSLF attorney Jim Manley visits Sunday to discuss the outcome.
